If they all switched to cloth, they could afford dozens of big wheels without dealing with Pampers and their discrimination! The consumer wins and the planet wins!

My thoughts exactly. Just another win for cloth diapering!
To comment on the actual issue though (I didn't read all 5 pages), I don't blame these ladies for getting pissed about different rewards for people who speak different languages. If it was different rewards for different countries I would understand the distribution center excuse but I'm not buying it if the separation is for one country.
And I'll be the one to say it: if this scenario was flipped and it was more rewards for English speakers v. Spanish speakers there would be pandemonium and calls for a boycott against a racist Pampers.

Pampers explained why it was though. There are separate supplies for each catalog. Because the demand was greater for the English catalog, it ran out more quickly. Pampers expected more demand for the Spanish catalog than there was. People were able to call and switch their account to get what they wanted, and Pampers was working on replenishing the English catalog.
And no, I don't think anyone would be freaking out if the Spanish catalog had run out first. I really don't. People would accept the reasoning that the Spanish supply had been smaller because of smaller demand. This is just another example of THIS IS AMERICA SPEAK ENGLISH insanity. And just who would be leading the charge if it were as you say? Not all these loony moms. They'd be down as long as they got their big wheels.
Pampers set themselves up for this by having two separate sites/two separate distributions instead of just having the options to view the site in English/Spanish/French/Klingon. Maybe their intention wasn't to have different rewards for different demographics but it appears to be that way given their setup.
