DSW return policy?

[seriously]

About 3 weeks ago I bought a very cute pair of sandals from DSW,  30%off on clearance rack. Since then they've been worn 3 times. (some extensive walking on my recent Vegas trip, but still only 3 times) I went to put the on last night and one of the tiny connection straps had broken. 
So I'm hoping they will take them back even though they've been worn. what do you think my chances are?

Well I came to an very old jewel where It seems many few over here had an accurate information on DSW Return Policy. jigsy you are totally wrong and it seems you have been there at DSW till you have no idea what you are giving in return to help other. You are totally as  DSW Store mention that in their return policy that the item to be returned should be original and unused condition should be 60 days return policy. Here seriously seems to be in 60 days return policy but as worn the sandals 3 times cannot return sandals back to DSW. I would also like to add in jigsy How much time you have been there as an employee? It seems as you have no information on DSW Return Policy.
