house painter rec?

My house is looking UGLY. We need stucco work and paint. Any one have any recs in the Tampa area? I would be thrilled with a dozen Mexican workers who can bang it out in a day, (that's how our roof got done, 12 hours, BAM!)

Oh and our giant oak tree has a colony of carpenter ants that are making their way to the front of our house. I would ask for a bug guy rec (we quit Orkin, they are too expensive) but H just made friends with a chemical guy and has a project for the day, and now I'm scared he's going to end up going blind.
ETA update. We got a guy. He's going to repair the stucco, retextured the whole front, and paint the front for 1K which isn't too bad. The ants are another story. Not a fan.
