I was an air traffic controller in the Air Force, I loved it. I'm still a controller just not in any more.

Actually right nowi'm flying the GR-4, a British airplane (my current assignment is with the RAF), but in the USAF I flew F-15Es. I love the C-130 though and know lotsof people who fly it. I've never been shot at while flying.

That's cool, I used to work at an acc base. Fighters are by far the most fun traffic a controller can work. I miss that so much. F15s and A10s are tied for first place my favorite aircraft.

Civilian aircraft aren't as fun unless you get one of the old guys flying their migs or experimentals. Even then it is a little shifty, lol.

What type of air frame do you like better?
