I was looking over someone's expense report and they were missing a receipt for a mini fridge, so I emailed her and asked for it. She responded that she didn't have the receipt anymore, but that she would send me a picture of the fridge, and then proceeded to do so. I probably laughed for five minutes.

I would actually like to see that, because people can spend obscenely when they are on the company's dime. Granted, no per diem or budget in place
I loved when my company started using the Concur app - we can now open the app, take pictures of our receipts and it will automatically attach the receipt to the expense. I think they wouldn't be so thrilled if I attached a picture of the item...that's hilarious
