I am sad because I'm not making this.  I'm already making funfetti cake batter dip and want to also bring something chocolate, so I decided on these mocha cupcakes with coffee buttercream (and mine will look fugly because I don't know how to pipe icing and I just smear it on with a knife)



I was going to make the strawberry cake, too, but DH was like that is really crazy to make three desserts for a group of 3-4 girls lol

Put the frosting in a large ziplock bag, make a small cut at the bottom corner and squeeze in it on. Quick, easy and looks good!

You and Anna both.  She was not impressed by how it looked once cooked, lol.  She wanted to put icing to cover it.  But it was indeed delicious (without icing).  We just had it warm with vanilla ice cream.
