Anyone have any good moth repellent remedies?

I just found 2 big moths in our spare bedroom and of course that is where I store my winter clothes and spare blankets. I'm in the process of washing everything in there now but does anyone have any suggestions on moth repellent that works?

I would rather not use moth balls or anything toxic like that. I've heard that moths don't like cedar or lavender scents, should I start with those?
