The chopping took a lot of time, yes. The sauteeing actually was easy because I was able to get the quinoa prepared first, and then focus on the stuff that goes on top while that was cooking.

Once you start cooking, as long as you have everything chopped / prepared in advance, it doesn't take that much time.
