So let me start off by saying i just had a dr appt and we did full labs, i have not received any results yet. Just curiuos as to if anyone had thoughts or opinions.
Ive been so exhausted lately. I do get up very early and run and am on the go all day long. Some days I really feel like i have to push myself, others I have more energy. Ive noticed If i DONT take my allegra D medication (with pseudophedrine) I am dead tired.
I dont like that the allegra is giving me the "energy" to get through the day and feel more productive, etc. I really dont want to have to keep taking it, and my dr has played around with my allergy/sinus meds again, im going to try singulair with regular allegra
Anyway, im thinking im anemic and have been dfor a long time, due to diet, exercise , etc etc etc
has anyone experienced anything like this? Im "tired" of being tired all the time

That's how I felt last summer. It seemed that no matter how much I slept, or how much I exercised, I was as exhausted as I was during my first trimester of pregnancy. I thought I was anemic because I was always being turned down for blood donations because my iron level was too low, but it turned out I was developing hypothyroidism. Once my levels were right, I felt so much better. I also found that taking a multivitamin with iron also helps. Hope you find out the cause soon.

Might you have sleep apnea? My H used to (as well as many other sinus/allergy issues), and after having his tonsils removed and his airway opened up, he has so much more energy.

I had hyperthyroidism. I was sooooo incredibly tired, Hungry like I ve never been before, hot, nervous, anxious etc. I had a toxic nodular goiter that caused the hyperthyroidism.

I hope that my results will give me some answers, bc ive been related all this to my anxiety/depression, but im beginning to thin there is more to it

You posted on here a few months about having secondary amemnorrhea. You also say you're hungry all the time. I'd keep working with your dietician and doctor this all seems to point back to a nutrition deficit.

yeah i am def thinking that could be part of it as well, i feel like i have been on the right track for a bit now and i am still not feeling better, so im just trying to rule out everything
I'm always tired too, so so tired. And I get reasonable amounts of sleep (7-8 hours a night). I was just tested for anemia and it came back negative, so I am back to the drawing board. I had my thyroid tested too, not that.
Even if you don't get any answers from your GP. A visit to an endocrinologist might be helpful as well. I am now hypothyroid and my GP didn't want to treat it. I went to an endocrinologist and he put me on meds right away and I feel soooo much better. Good luck to you!
