Touche Eclat dup?

Hey I don't normally post on here but in the UK we all use the Boots no 7"instant radiance" pen as a dup for touché éclat. It is exactly the same but it costs $12. You can get it at Target and CVS wherever they have a Boots section. It's a blue or white pen and comes in few different shades.

I switched from the Maybelline eraser to Loreal Magic Lumi, which is supposed to be a dupe of Touche Eclat. I've never actually used the YSL, so I don't know if it's a good dupe, but I am liking the Loreal more than the Maybelline concealer for under eyes.
