The thread below got me thinking. How would you spend your $4ish million? (Let's not worry about currency conversion unless that really matters to you).
I've always loved this house. It was a block away from our first place we owned. Such a neat house! It's been on the market forever. I keep waiting for it to be in our price range

This is the best of three in this price range within 25 miles of my current zip code. It's a little too ornately decorated for me but the outdoor space and the rolling ladder and shelves are a dream library situation.

I had to go 3 hours away. The closest one anywhere around was 1.4.

A house on the beach in Cape May, NJ. I'm too lazy to look up the link but I'm thinking if the one on the corner of Beach and Pittsburgh if anyone knows the area.
If we're sticking by where we live kooshball posted one of the ones I liked (I've been looking at weekend places but DH is adamant against Whidbey for a variety of reasons) but our budget is waaaaay less than $4mil. So, with money left over I'll take this in Edmonds (though there are a few on Mercer I like as well but this has sunset Sound views) www.redfin.com/WA/Edmonds/15120-73rd-Ave-W-98026/home/2713318

Shoot, I give up. The grounds are gorgeous, the views spectacular, the house is beautiful...
