My favorite concert as of yet, was Johnny Reid. He's a Canadian country music singer, so I doubt most of you know who he is, but he puts on an awesome show. I'll definitely be going to see him again!
My H works with him, he might be the nicest guy on the entire planet.
He seems like it. What made the concert is the fact that he's all about his fans and he's SO energetic. He ran through the bleachers hugging everyone, and then popped up on a platform directly behind my chair. I love him hard.

Blue October in Sacramento. People In Planes and another band opened for them.
It was my favorite because I happened to be in Sacramento on my home to Seattle and found out about the concert. When I got to the venue, I didn't know that it was a contest only concert. Oops! BUT there were a bunch of people hanging outside and they invited me to join. Not only that, but one of the concert winners had an extra ticket to meet the band during their sound check and he gave me the other ticket. AND while we were hanging outside, the lead singer came out and I was standing right next to him. I geeked out a little (on the inside though.) I got a signed poster and the drummer gave me one of his drum sticks which he signed.
Before People In Planes went on stage, a guy was flirting with me at the merch booth. It turned out to be the PIP drummer.
The Killers a few months ago. It was a smaller venue. We were super close to the stage. Amazing music, amazing effects. Brandon Flowers came out into the crowd. You could feel Rock & Roll pumping through your heart!
A close second was Jimmy Eat World when I was in high school, I weaseled up to the front row. Jim Adkins tossed out his pick to me. A roadie gave me the set list from the stage after the show.
Madonna during the Hard Candy tour was also quite a show.
Weezer + Blink 182 = love.
I grew up with the Blink guys. Grade school thru high school. They played some assemblies at school it always makes me laugh when I see them on TV or whatever. Tom Linton will always be Tommy Linton to me and my friends.
DMB - Night 3 at Red Rocks in 2005 (when they played Halloween after the crowd chanted for it) and Blues Traveler at the Nissan Pavilion in 1995 - free show for hunger - it was just hours and hour of dancing and it was awesome.
We saw Rush when they were recording a live concert DVD in Cleveland either last year or two years ago. It was awesome. They played for almost 3 hours and the DVD turned out great.
Around 2000-2003 we had a slew of amazing hip hop concerts come through. De La, Del, Aceyalone we went to so many amazing shows. Otherwise a few years ago a guy I know from HS opened for common. It was incredible. Common wore Shad's t-shirt for his encore.
