A tie between Summersault Festival (Tool, Finger Eleven, Smashing Pumpkins, Foo Fighters, Our Lady Peace, etc) or the small venue Our Lady Peace concert where I was front and center first row.

My favorite singular concert was when I saw Porcupine Tree in Philly 2009. I would have said when I saw them in NYC in 2010, but I got a migraine during the show so that was a bummer.
Well, I've only been to one - not including my brother's jazz band concerts. Which are pretty awesome
So, Queen + Paul Rogers! Actually - it was super awesome. Paul Rogers stood on a piano, there was a hologram of Freddie on the piano during Bohemian Rhapsody. We had awesome seats! I went with my dad and people two rows behind us were smoking pot.
Feeling Better Than Everfine Festival - 12 bands in 12 hours, I loved it!! Matt Nathanson, Ari Hest , Virginia Coalition, OAR, Marc Broussard, Ingram Hill. I can't even remember them all at this point.
Guster Festival was a close second ( and the day after the first one- it was a hardcore weekend)
Third is the Counting Crows Traveling Circus with Michael Franti and Spearhead and Augustana.
Some of my favorites are Pearl Jam, Muse and a rock festival where Metallica and Soundgarden played. (I can't remember the name, I had a really good time, lol)
I'm going to be the lamest one here, but Josh Groban. He is an incredible performer and has great interaction with the crowd. I remember why I love him every time I go to a show.
They Might Be Giants at the Newport in Columbus. A massive thunderstorm hit while they were playing and the power went out. The club didn't have it's generator on site, so there was just emergency lighting. The band went off stage, figured out acoutsic versions of most of the songs on their set a couple at a time, came out and played for the crowd off and on until the generator got there.
Then there was the Ass Pony's show where I switch shirts with a beautiful man in the middle of the crowd. But that show was fun for many, many reasons--the band included.

My favorite concert as of yet, was Johnny Reid. He's a Canadian country music singer, so I doubt most of you know who he is, but he puts on an awesome show. I'll definitely be going to see him again!
A local Celtic band called the Elders. Maybe not the flashiest or most expensive production, but still damn fine shows. If anyone ever gets a chance to see them (they travel all over the world), definitely give them a shot.

Oh man. Chuck Ragan kicked off his Revival tour here a few months ago and Matt Pryor of the Get Up Kids was there. Being the smallish town we're in, there was only maybe 60 people there, most of which we knew. Matt Pryor played a bunch of tguk songs and the show was basically a big drunk singalong to songs from our high school years. It.was.awesome.
It's a toss up. Either Styx or Two Tons of Steel (their lead singer is swoon worthy IMO and sent me and H an autographed CD and shirt. They also put on amazing shows).
