H and DD are gone for the next 6 days, and I am going to fill my weekend with binge TV. I am not an Amazon Prime member (hangs head in shame) but I think I can watch it there, which would be another compelling reason to join. Anywhere else?
I am also thinking of skipping out of work early to go see Monsters University in the a/c all by myself.
@licia, I was the same way for YEEEARS. Then we got rid of it, and started watching TV series one at a time, in full, or movies. We wouldn't have survived no cable before DD was born, but now we watch way less tv - only after she goes to bed - so I don't miss it nearly as much as I thought I would.
If it *is* all on Amazon Prime, just sign up for the 1 month free trial, binge watch it, and then cancel the membership.
Done deal!
You are brillant.
While you are at it, watch Lark Rise to Candleford, also available on Amazon Prime. It features...our dear friend Bates. And a ton of other "Hey, it's that guy!" British actors and actresses as well, SO good.

I bought Prime. The free trial doesn't offer the videos. I know I am not going to regret Prime. I'm already 2 episodes in to DA.
