Is it still cold? Could you cook all of the meat and refreeze it for casseroles or something?
There is some stuff in the very back that is cold but most of it is basically room/fridge temp. Since we are not sure how long it has been open, we don't really want to chance it.
There is a good chance it has been open since the 3rd since that is the last time either of us can remember getting anything out of there.
I'd be sad and pissed too. Next time we buy a fridge or freezer I'm going to get one that beeps if it's open too long--current (only 3 years old!) fridge doesn't like to keep its doors closed :-(
Ohh that sucks:( That happened to me after I had done a major meat ($300) shopping trip but it had been only 24 hrs so dh just cooked everything. Totally my fault and he was pissed!
