Thanks! I saw this recipe. Have you made it before. If we don't eat it all one time will it just freeze into one big block?
I have made cantalope granita and once I had "flaked it" and put it in a container, it stayed that way for a couple of days (which is all it lasted since we ate it pretty quickly.)
I made watermelon Popsicles when I dropped a whole CSA one on the ground. Well, with the parts I didn't have to scrub from the floor. I was so sad. It was a fancy delicious seeded one.
