Seriously, my heavy lids eat up anything I try to do in the crease. Nowadays, I just use UD Primer Potion in Sin from brow to lashes & swipe MAC Knight Divine on the lid.
I think few people go to the trouble to do something like in that diagram. I use three colors typically - lid, crease, then a highlight under the brow that I also use to blend. It only takes a minute or two and I do it in the car on the way to work.
I would try a different primer. I don't like the UD eye primer and rounds that too faced shadow insurance works much better for me. The I found that Premier makes an eye primer that is exactly like the two faced but half the price.
Yeah, I do inner corner, lid, crease, and higlight the browbone most days, and grand total it takes me maybe 10 minutes to do both eyes. More than that is too much work for too little payoff.
uhhh yeah I dont do that. I do three colors. light on the whole lid, a bit darker in the crease, and dark in the corners. Then blend. Takes about two minutes.
I dont like UD Sin. I only use the original one, it lasts much longer for me than Sin or any of the others I've tried.
Yeah, I don't really do that. I use cream eye shadows and just use my finger. I do one color all over my lid. Then, a darker color on the outer/crease area. Then, a light color on the inside and brow bone. I don't do anything with the lower lid.
I have never timed it, but my whole morning routine (including getting dressed, taking care of my cat, straightening my hair, etc) takes 20 minutes.
I realize most people don't do all/most of that, lol. I used to be big into MAC about 10 years ago & believe me - there are gals who do most of what is in that diagram.
I'm surprised at the UD Sin dislike. I've been using it daily for over a year yet & like it, but am getting a little concerned that I'm too old for shimmer now.
Also, for the love of god, please don't use a super light/shimmery color as a brow highlight. It is so harsh & dated.
Let's just say I may be coming to NOLA in January & hope to meet up with you...and I may still be rocking Sin at that time. Will you force me to go to Sephora with you for something better? lol

I'm wearing Sin today I swear it's not all crazy looking.
I love that. It cracks me up. I use the clinique cream shadow base in a lightish color as my base/highlighter so I only have to put a medium color on my lid and a darker color in the outer corner. sometimes I line if I'm wearing pale gloss and then use mascara.
