MIL mentioned on Tuesday that we could go out to her place today.  Because of the newborn situation I am finding it hard to get outside and do anything meaningful with Henry.  Their place has a beach and two other adults willing to play with my poor neglected toddler.

So I texted her yesterday to make sure it was still okay to come.  Nothing.  I know she saw the text because she texted H after I texted her.  How many more times can I type text  lol

ANYWAY.

If she does not want use to come thats fine.  Just TELL ME.

In other news- my toddler has done something to my keyboard and the symbols are all fucky.

IdeasÉ I can#t make questions marks or apostrophes.

Sorry. I hear you in the newborn plus neglected toddler situation. I'm right there with you. The only difference is that my MIL bailed on me today too but I am ecstatic. Lol.

eh...i wouldn't care at this point. you need human interaction and help with entertaining henry. i'd totally call because i would want to head out asap to where he can run around and have other people pay attention to him.

Maybe have H call just to clarify and he can get a feel for whether or not she "wants" you there?
Maybe she thinks she sent a text back!

My MIL is a very nice person, but I still let my H do all the asking just because she may find it easier to say No to him than me.
