Damn. I feel like total shit all of a sudden.

I was in Target a short while ago when I felt a "gush."  You know the feeling.  I forgot to put a panty liner on today and I have been diligently wearing them since I started a new brand of pills 2 weeks ago.  Of course, I saw someone I knew at the store and was talking to her when this happened.  I'm in a skirt and was PANICKED about leaking on the floor.

Anyway, I made it home and I am full on bleeding.  I am also developing rather uncomfortable cramps.  Are any of you taking Lo Loestrin FE?  If so, did you experience anything like this the first month?  How long did it take for you to level off?  My uterus is really starting to just piss me off.

I took a couple of Advil and I am waiting for it to kick in.  I usually know when I am getting my period so I take the Advil in advance because my cramps are so bad.  This time I was caught by surprise   Not sure how long it will be before it starts to work.

I used to take Loestrin 24 FE and did not have any symptoms like that. Call your Pharmacist.

Loestrin or Lo Loestrin FE?

I'm on the Lo Loestrin FE.  They are two different pills

Good catch. They are different.

I'd still call your pharmacist though. I've had to switch BCP a ton because of my PMDD to find the "right fit" and I've always had some breakthrough bleeding, but never a full on period: especially not heavy enough gush.
