We joke that Shane is getting frustrated with his little body (well he's in the 87% for height and 51% for weight, so he's not little, but ...) He's constantly trying to make sounds and trying to move, and I can see a look of frustration on his face when his body doesn't do what he wants. It's fun to watch, but I think I'm in for a lot of running around once he's actually mobile.
I got to work yesterday for my 12-4 shift and they asked if I could stay until 9. I survived! I'm def more sore and gigantic this pregnancy but it was slow yesterday and really nice to get to catch up with lots of people at work. H put A to bed at 9 last night and she slept straight through until 12:15!!! She is eating a good brunch right now and feeling great so she must just be hitting a huge growth spurt. It was awesome for me to have time to get bills paid and get organized this morning/afternoon. Now we're off to Gymboree so she can burn off some if that energy she must have stored up.
I'm adjusting to life back at work. Not saying I like being back, but we are starting to get into a routine. Well, as much of a routine as you can when the days you work change every week. Blah.
Anyway, Jack is full of smiles and coos. Still waking up every 5-6 hours at night, but I am ok with that. Zoe was a great night time sleeper and we have accepted that Jack is ok. It could be worse! Bed time has been awful though. As soon as we put Zoe to bed, he gets really fussy and cries. H said for 2 hours one night when he put Zoe to bed at 8. IDK what's up with that. I nurse him, he cries, I calm him down by walking around the house, he nurses, maybe cries a little more, nurses a little more, and is out. It has sort of become our routine. :/ Oh well. He is a pretty mellow baby but he fights sleep. It's a good thing he is mellow because he has Zoe harassing him all the time lol! She is so cute around him but can be so rough. I won't even leave them alone together to pee.
Zoe is just awesome these days. She is so much fun! I have her back in ISR swimming lessons now and she didn't even cry today! Now if we could just get her to kick. She is fully capable and has done it, but she is stubborn. Little punk.
Alex is great. She is seriously the easiest, happiest baby. She is going on her first flight tonight and I'm nervous!! It is timed perfectly with bedtime so as long as are on time hopefully she will eat and fall asleep!
I am starting to feel bigger now. Bigger and heavier. Guess that feeling will only increase!
I need to see the belleh!
Lol! I went into the nail place yesterday to make an appt and Christine looked at me for 1 second and was like "are you?...." So I guess I do have a belly now! (Although she might have already known but she said she didn't )

Lauren please share a picture. :-)
Triston is doing great as a big brother. His PT & OT are going well and I can already see a huge difference, now to just get into speech. I hate fighting tooth and nail for everything but that is the only way to get the ball rolling anymore. He is starting to potty train as well. Each time we take him to the potty he usually pees a little, other times he empties his bladder. I am looking forward to when he can tell me he needs to potty.
Owen is full of smiles and likes to "talk" I am hoping this keeps up and reflects into his learning f words and talking. Since taking him off his vitamin we haven't had as many spit up issues which has been awesome. It had made a huge difference in him as a baby.
We have decided when the time comes we are going to do BLW with O and minimal purees. It amazes me how we are changing how we do thinks with the 2nd but we learn from our "mistakes" and adjust to why we think/hope will work better.
