I need some recs for some afternoon snacks. By 2-3pm, I need something to help me recharge. I'm doing a Biggest Loser contest at work and dieting, so I need something healthy.
I tend to like something sweet in the afternoon, so I often mix some raisins into my nuts (almonds or peanuts). The snack sized Lara bars that a PP mentioned are basically the same idea (they're good!). I also have a cup of tea, sometimes with a small splash of milk, to make me feel like I've eaten something. Water gets boring
