I feel bad for her with the comment where someone edited her OP to say "MIL is NOT a photographer". NMS, and I don't think the photos are that great, but it's a cute concept.
Ok, these are BAD. WTF was she thinking taking/posting these? I'm all for non traditional stuff but clean your fridge if you're going to take pics of it, woman!
I do feel bad for her because she obviously didn't think about how they would be viewed on the bump. Which to me means she hasn't been on there long enough to know what kind of stuff gets slammed. I don't think the photos are completely disgusting, but I do think they are a bit odd and I'm not at all surprised they got the response they did. I mean...it's the bump. The internet is not known for its niceness to people who are just happy about photos.
I do hate that it probably changed the way she feels about them now and I hope her MIL never sees what people said about them!
The interwebz notices the background. I think she learned her lesson. Even my 12 year old knows to background check. And not post pics on public forums unless you got seriously thick skin.
She's cute. A clean fridge and no to the third shot would have gone totally the other way.
I have no idea. Even the inside of her fridge is dirty.
Am I the only one who thinks what looks like crud on the inside of the left side of the fridge is simply the condensation from having the freezer door open??

I didn't notice her fridge. My eye was caught by the mounds of junk food piled around her that she and her (photographer?!?!) MIL thought would make a cute pregnancy picture. Super tacky. I wouldn't have told her that in the thread, though, since she was so excited about them. To each her own. When I visited the thread yesterday, there were no gifs up, so I'm off to check them out :-)

I didn't even notice the cleanliness of the fridge because I was so shocked at the contents. All that disgusting processed food!
It's hard for me to believe that anyone actually eats that junk - especially someone who's growing a baby!
This only reinforces my suspicion that I do, indeed, live in a bubble. Anyone in my circle would be ashamed to be photographed with that kind of food. That's just not in our fridges and cupboards.
