Here! It's sticky-outy, see?  I know the picture quality is...not good.  But you get the picture.  And she had to wear lipstick, which was the highlight of her life.

softspot, I don't think they look too much alike, but I can see the resemblance here. Mostly I just see two little caucasian girls with brown hair and gigantic tutus!

Dry it upside-down. Also, if you store it upside-down it will stay sticky-outy longer.

Depending on the material (if it's inexpensive tulle type stuff or not) you can some times spray it with hairspray while it's upside-down. But not if it's good quality, don't want to ruin it!

Hair spray or starch it while it hangs upside down. When dd got her competition now last year it was limp. So I hair sprayed the hell out of it. It is still perfectly shaped and stiff.
