Yes, I know I am a late (very late) adopter but I am loving Amazon Prime.
And I am sure I will love it even more once I get my vacay payout and buy myself a Kindle.
*This post is brought to you by Nomad who forgot to order a bunch of stuff for our vacation last weekend but thanks to Amazon Prime, it will all be arriving tomorrow.
Yes, love it. Once something I ordered was delivered to me by a guy in a van. Not a UPS truck or a mail truck, just a plain white van.
Weird, but I think there is a fullfilment center in the area, so maybe they do some home deliveries?
I love Amazon Prime so much. They have completely spoiled me from pretty much everyone's shipping policies!
And we have a mini-van delivery person. I think it's a sub-contracted delivery service. It's the same lady and mini-van every time. And let's be honest, she's at my house at least once a week.
Did you know you can also share your shipping benefits with up to (I think) 5 other people? You just need to know their birthday and they need to know yours.

Do they have to be in your household or no? I shared mine with my H but didn't realize if I could share with anyone else.

Nope! Anyone with an Amazon account. I have mine shared with H, a co-worker, and a friend.
I signed up for a free trial and I'm not feeling the love. I was ordering some vitamins and one of the three bottles did not have free shipping. I had thought that everything had free shipping with Prime. Plus, the selection of movies/TV shows sucks, as does the Kindle lending library. I have Shoprunner so I get free 2 day shipping from drugstore.com, I use that tons more.

In the future, you can narrow your search by Prime eligible so that doesn't happen again, if it makes a difference!
I had the free trial and then let it lapse. I re-upped on Friday to watch Downton Abbey, and I've ordered everything in my cart that I had been putting off. It all arrived the next day and I saved a bazillion dollars on shipping. Now I will never, ever go back. LOVE.

Can they see your order history or payment info or is it separate and they just get the free 2-day shipping benefit?
It's separate and they get the free 2-day shipping benefit (not the video benefits) when they log into their own account. They can't see your order history, payment methods, etc.

I love it. My UPS guy, while it keeps him in his job, I don't think he loves me having Amazon Prime. I get things on the daily. It's so much easier than lugging 3 kids somewhere.

It's totally separate. I think it's really *supposed* to be within the same family, but they don't do anything to check it.
Confession: There was a scratch in my baking pan, and there was a teeeeeny bit of rust in it. DH was like "oh, that'll come out with a little scrubbing, right?" And I just threw it away and ordered a new one on Prime.
