apparently there is a grapefruity shiner? I want one so bad.

Ummm...or I got so drunk on shiner that I stopped noticing my throat hurt. One of those. But i'm going with "cured."

I'm almost positive that any unnatural death case is sent to the Grand Jury in Texas (assuming they know who caused said death).

Oh ok. In some states it's entirely up to the prosecutors discretion and I just couldn't imagine a prosecutor going forward with this case.

I have a grapefruit shiner (Ruby Red) in my fridge now waiting for this baby to be born. It's awesome and I don't like beer. It needs a bit of salt though.

It makes me want to punch someone when I hear crap like "Mustn't teach violence!!!!!! There's no excuse for violence!!!! EVERRR!!!" Sometimes, yeah there is.
