PA AG won't defend SSM ban in lawsuit

Elected AG Kathleen Kane "cannot ethically defend PA's law banning same-sex marriage" because she believes it to be unconstitutional. That means it will be up to Gov. Corbitt to defend against the ACLU's lawsuit.

Corbitt's office has declined to comment.
