I want to make boneless pork ribs in the oven tonight. (I don't have a grill). If I cook them at 200 degrees for 3.5 hours, will they be finished or completely raw? Should I increase the temp or time?

I'd probably do about 250 for the first three hours in foil with sauce, then remove the foil, sauce them again, and raise the temp to about 350 for the last thirty minutes.

I cook them at 250 for 3 hours in foil then finish on the grill with BBQ sauce. Since you don't have a grill I would remove them from the foil put the BBQ sauce on them and bake for another 30-45 mins depending on thickness.

I think I'm going to sauce them after they're done baking and stick them under the broiler for a few minutes.
