Breakfast: snack size ritz crackers with cheese Lunch: grilled chicken sliders with bacon and cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce with fries dipped in ranch. Dinner: spaghetti and meatballs, side salad, and garlic toast.

I've been addicted to those Chobani yogurt flips lately. I ate a key lime pie and chocolate coconut almond one, some soup, a fig and orange zest yogurt, and some baby carrots. I've had a lot of yogurt today. Maybe I'll top of the day with an entire pint of Ben & Jerry's Liz Lemon Greek yogurt (AKA the best thing in the entire universe).

I'm in the not enough camp. I'm going to have to watch myself so I don't overindulge tonight from too much hunger! Breakfast: egg and hash brown scramble. Lunch: GF marionberry muffin Snack: almonds
Breakfast: Bowl of blueberries with splash of milk/almonds/sunflowers seeds, plus a latte on the way to work. Lunch: spinach salad with shredded parmesan and sliced almonds with a dash of bacon ranch dressing & a whole avocado. Midafternoon (i.e. just now): steamed cauliflower. Tonight will probably be another bowl of bloobies. I love them and they're in season.

Breakfast: One piece of multigrain toast with strawberry jam, and a strawberry greek yogurt. A cup of tea Lunch: French onion soup and triscuits Snack: granola bar Supper: Mini slider burger and salad with ranch dressing Snack: Ice cream with cone, lol
Breakfast: Sausage and cheese omelet Lunch: Hard salami, veggies sauted in soy sauce and sauted shishito peppers Dinner: Taco meat with mushrooms with mushrooms over shredded cabbage, cheese, sour cream and salsa Snacks: 1% latte and a small pack of peanuts

Breakfast: Protein drink made w/spinach, kale, chia seeds, soy protein, and a splash of sugar free vanilla creamer Lunch: Sauteed vegetable plate (broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, onions, and a few shreds of carrot) Dinner: Green Salad with diced turkey & ham, a hard boiled egg
I might have a glass of wine or a Jim Beam & Diet Coke in a few minutes.

Breakfast: one egg scrambled with kale, a clementine and an apple. Snack: frozen grapes Lunch: chipolte burrito bowl- brown rice, carnitas, salsa, and guac Snack:frozen grapes Supper: sesame center cut potk chops with sauteed purple cabbage. Snack: BEER!
Breakfast: 1 slice whole wheat toast and 2 eggs over med. Snack: Frozen blueberries Lunch: Two soft pretzels and a beer (no regrets!) Dinner: Mushroom pizza and salad
I'm now deciding between more beer or doing some yoga.
Breakfast - blueberry muffin w coffee Lunch - McD's quarter pounder, fries and cherry pie. Snack - handful of Skittles and 5 mini snickers, Coke Slurpee Dinner - will be orange chicken with brown rice and a veggie. I just want to eat all of the things today.
Yogurt and coffee Quinoa salad (black beans, corn, tomato, red pepper, etc.) Pudding cup Peach
Sill need to eat dinner.
Listing it out I see that once again I am not eating enough.
These iron pills are fucking me up, I have to take them 3 times a day preferably on an empty stomach and 2 hours from calcium in both directions. It's ruining my goddamned life.

I'm eating for the first time today right now. I'm too tired to eat. I'm kind of staring at my food. It's spinach, sweet potato slices, and london broil.
