Dinner: Sheppards Pie w/cauliflower
I had some Kashi hummus crisps somewhere in there. I went to a toning class so I'm hungry, but kinda just want wine. I'd make a mug cake if I hadn't had two bananas already today.
ETA: MFP says that is 1,290 calories and my Fit Bit says I've burned 2,528. I guess I can have a snack lol

B: McDonald's iced coffee w/ sugar free vanilla and a biscuit w/ egg and cheese
L: was funny. I was too busy to go get something and once the people in my office found out they just started bringing me things. I ended up w/ a grapefruit cup, a snack size bag of Smartfood popcorn and a taco from Jack in the Box. I love these bitches.
Breakfast-a starbucks double shot Lunch-a grilled snack wrap from McD's and about a third of a fry Dinner-still waiting for it to cook, but spicy black bean burgers and roasted potatoes
Breakfast: a peach cut up in milk, 2 little pancakes that the kids didn't eat, made with egg whites instead of water and with peanut butter on top. Coffee. Snack: 3 baby carrots (all that was left, so sad), 20 grapes, 2 tiny cheese cubes (I was eating snacks that were prepared for our group)
Lunch: leftover white bean and spinach saute with garlic and onion. Leftover roasted broccoli
Dinner: cavatelli pasta with roasted broccolini, sauteed with garlic and harissa, then tossed with parmesan cheese, fresh mint and parsley. 1/4 chicken breast with panko, stuffed with basil and provalone (leftover from last night) on top.
Dessert: key lime pie and a glass of chardonnay
Just the thought of having to enter my dinner into my calorie counter is enough to make me want to give up and go to bed.

Breakfast: a peach, coffee Lunch: turkey sandwich w/pickles, lettuce, cheddar. A peach. A few fritos with onion dip. Snack: free slurpee! Dinner: Thai quinoa salad w/chicken, peppers, onion, carrot. Dessert: a peach (do you see a trend here?), a handful of raspberries, a piece of brownie brittle (go buy some at Costco, omnomnom)
Breakfast- Greek yogurt and coffee Lunch- small falafel pita Snack- three pieces of dark sea salt chocolate Supper- bagel with butter Evening- bud light
I'm drying to lose at least 30 pounds to get back to 130. I'm not losing anything and getting frustrated.
breakfast - coffee and a lot of water (not my typical breakfast - i was late this morning)
lunch - glass of wine watermelon, arugula and feta salad braised short rib, whipped potatoes, broccoli, french green beans, chickpeas, mushrooms and an amazing demi-glaze lemon tart with strawberry coulis
dinner - grilled beef skewer arugula and watercress with strawberry and almonds garlic loaf
Um, way more crap than I'd like to admit. Since I started this new job, I have had very little time to eat decent meals, so I end up eating junk.
Breakfast (my only healthy meal of the day usually): 1 hard boiled egg, a couple slices of havarti cheese, and a green smoothie with spinach, coconut milk, pineapple, and mango
Various crap throughout the day: 2 pieces of pizza, some snack mix... come to think of it, per my usual, this is all I ate until dinner time. Usually it's just the snack mix.
Dinner (I actually ate dinner today and it was a good one!): home made grilled sausages with beef and lamb and a greek-style chop salad.
I had a beer with dinner and like 5 cookies after.
