Am I the only one who reads customer comments on Facebook pages for entertainment?I'm heading out to shop the Nordstrom pre-sale and couldn't help but laugh last night at the comments on their page. A couple people are up in arms that they dare have an exclusive event for their best customers. One lady wanted gas money and a pair of Uggs for her trouble. Lol. Williams-Sonoma and Pottery barn are usually good for a laugh as well.
I know there are people who have legitimate concerns, and sometimes it's the only place to get attention from a company, but sometimes people just go too far.

Yep. They can certainly be entertaining.
It's especially funny when the company (typically a smaller, local company, though I do recall Applebee's also doing this) just flips their shit and goes BSC on their own page. It's like, um, I doubt that is getting you any more business.
Oh yes, sometimes I just skim through articles bc the comments below are usually more interesting
I do this too
CNN comments on their stories can be entertaining. It can be a puppies and rainbows fluff piece and someone will somehow find a way to bring up gun control and Obama into it.

My company's FB team puts our pictures on various promotions, to show that actual people work there. So the customer comments are often directed to us personally when they don't like something. It's not my fault that the site is down!!

I was just reading the FB for the campground I'm going to stay at soon. There was a guy who was all "this place discriminates against bikers - they only allow Motorcycles at Bike Week - do not support these guys!"
the owner responds - no, you're wrong, actually, we welcome bikes all season, just not in the stage area during the music fest.
the guy came back with "well, whatever, when I was there 20 years ago it sucked and I was kicked out for NO reason"
Owner - sorry for your bad experience, but that doesn't give you the right to misquote facts. Also, I didn't own this place 20 years ago - I didn't even have a driver's license then.
