BabyLiu is going to turn two in August

I'm looking for something to get her pictures taken in and maybe to wear to her party. In my head I have the idea of a tee shirt dress with a little tutu on it and leggings underneath. Like this:

But blue/yellow/purple/green. And no character. And no attached vest like the ones at the Ross.

I'm also open to superior suggestions from people with actual fashion sense.

So really I'm saying, get the tutu and work from there. I much prefer the first tutu I posted, just for wearability (and being able to have her wear it later for dress up and stuff).

I like the first one better, too.

That's what I did last year. If she still fit it, I'd use that one.

I like the idea of the 'complete' dress better because there's a higher chance of me putting her in it again, KWIM? I'd send her to daycare in the dress, but the chances of using the tutu again are slim.

Really? ZB gets ideas in her head where she wants to wear the tutu regardless of outfit, so I just pop it on her and go. We're not really matchy matchy, though. (I did have to hide a dress of hers that DH kept putting her in [silver velvet throwback to the 90s], because even my fashion sense was offended.)

Yeah. I tend to dress BL like I dress: jeans and a tee shirt. (Probably this contributes to people thinking she's a boy.) Occasionally, I'll put her in a dress with leggings if it's warm or, more likely, all her jeans are dirty.

The only interest she has expressed in what she wears is in the negative (won't wear a hat, jacket, shoes, etc).
