I want to cry

My haircut went horribly today. She couldn't get the sides even and butchered the back. I had her even everything up and now it's above my shoulders. The longest layers used to touch my bra strap. Ugh.

Mine is that short now. I loved it for the first few days. I cried over it on the 4th. I forgot my hair product bag. It looked awful.

It will be easy to control with a newborn!

I got mine cut that short last week. I guess I should have said no layers though. I don't like them. I told her as long as I could pull it back in a ponytail I didn't care what she did, but I forgot I don't like layers.

I don't think it looks bad at all.

The worst part is how it happened. I had no intention to go this short. It was the only way to get the sides even close to even. The stylist was recommended by a friend and I loved her hair so that makes it awkward.

I'll have to see how it washes. And I'll have to invest in some product. I don't even know what to use!

I feel like I kind of have to style mine if I wear it down now.  I don't often wear my hair down, but it looked fine if I didn't do much when it was one layer.

Now I have to blow dry it straight or actually straighten it.

I don't know what product to use either.  I guess some sort of straightening or smoothing something?

You have always had beautiful hair. I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience. I'd use a round brush and a little product to blow dry you bangs to one side. The length looks good on you.
