We survived the 24 hr flight to get back home. We arrived in Sydney Saturday morning. I think Preston was actually better on this flight than on the way over. We had such a good time in the states and oh my gosh, he got so much stuff! The amount of clothes, toys and books he got is incredible! Comparing the prices here to the prices in the states makes me feel sick! Lol. We also ate a ton of pizza and bagels. Yum! We had a great day with fozzle and Tyler at the children's museum (if anyone gets the chance to meet her make sure you do, she is awesome!) its good to be home but I miss my family already.
I totally hear ya on all the cheaper stuff... ARRRRRGH!! It's so depressing coming back here where everything is limited and overpriced. Glad to hear you all survived the trip. When are you going again, do you know?
What are all the things that you ate/bought that you can't get here? Tell me the details so I can be jealous!!
Was daddy pleased to have you back? My Dh hardly put A down when we came back from our trip last summer! I hope so as that way you can finally rest. Well done!
Oh yes! He was so happy to have us back. We have been back for 4 days and I haven't changed a diaper yet! (I don't think this will last much longer though!)

((CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH!!! woe woe is me))
I have no idea when we will go back next. We will have to buy 3 tickets next time so that makes it even more expensive. We are ttc #2 as well so we will have to see what happens with that.
So we ate a ton of pizza and bagels. Also, P loves goldfish crackers and he also had lots of blueberries. I know we have blueberries here but they are just so expensive. I brought back 5 bags of goldfish, 2 boxes of graham crackers, some ranch dip packets, good seasons Italian dressing packets, 3 bottles of buffalo wing sauce.
I got some jeans, 2 pairs of shorts, 2 maxi dresses and a bunch of shirts and tops. I also stocked up on my makeup, got 2 of "the suit" and 2 of "the lipstick". P got a ridiculous amount of clothes. I got him a bunch of stuff from the gap, 2 pairs of sneakers, some stuff from old navy, 3 bathing suits of various sizes (they were like $5, so I got size 2 and 3) and a bunch of cheap clothes from Walmart that will be perfect for daycare this summer (matching shorts and t shirts for $4.50!). Plus he got toys and books and other clothes as gifts.

Yeah, we filled 3 suitcases up on the way home.
This is all simply AWESOME. Esp. the bolded
What a haul. I am so jealous. Graham crackers. What is wrong with the aussies that they haven't discovered these yet? Someone needs to start an importing business.

@starbound
The graham cracker thing is so weird. Why don't they have them here? S'mores are delicious Australian people! And goldfish. We NEED goldfish here! And buffalo wing sauce (DH is obsessed!) so many wonderful things we are missing out on. So sad.
