Can I bitch about Quest Diagnostics?

I hate quest! They just bought out all of the healthcare labs at the end if June, so ther is literally nowhere to go but quest here now. My dr ordered the follow up to my cholestasis test stat as it is a serious diagnosis and it took them over a week to process it.

That's so annoying! I once had a doctor tell me that Quest was much better than Labcorp, but I've been going to Labcorp lately and they've been fine.
