Confirmation about violent offenders in boom areas

Yup...downright crazy.

The "kindness" writer guy admitted to shooting HIMSELF for self promotion and then blaming it on some random guy in a truck driving by.

So I guess I was sort-of right...someone was crazy in this instance and they were the both the offender and also the victim.
