I am about 7.5 weeks and already using a belly band with jeans. Plus my bras are so tight. I ordered some extenders online. I weigh the same as before but feel like I'm blowing up. When did you have to change/modify your clothing? Start wearing maternity clothes? I was planning to keep this a secret from work until 12 weeks but my H says there is no way.

I was probably 6 or 7 weeks in when I started having to use a rubber band to hook my jeans at the top. I was probably around 11-ish weeks when I really started noticing a difference, and by the end of first trimester I was pretty much exclusively wearing either maternity clothes or stretchy regular clothes (mostly dresses).
Not sure if it's different between twins vs singletons, but I'm guessing probably a little.
I am about 21.5 weeks and I am still in regular clothes. Not all of them fit, just enough that I can get though a few weeks. I will probably be switching in the next week or so.
I went through some major bloat in the early weeks, where I felt like I'd be in maternity clothes in no time. I did the rubber band trick on my pants/wore my "fat" jeans, and lots of yoga pants around the house. I bought some maternity pants around 10 weeks, but suddenly a lot of swelling went down, and I was okay until about 13 weeks. Pretty much from then on, I just wore the maternity pants except for a few rare occasions. I didn't always need them, but they were more comfortable. I wore non-maternity suit pants to an interview at 26 or 28 weeks, just with the Bella Band. I could still wear (some) regular shirts up until a few weeks ago, but now anything but maternity is too short to cover the belly.

I went to MH maternity at about 6.5 weeks. I can't stand being uncomfortable, not even a little bit. H sent me shopping ASAP! :^)
I wear scrubs for work, so in that aspect I'm fine for a little bit longer. But on the weekends I wear nothing but maternity shorts and maternity pants. I wear some regular t-shirts, but mostly maternity tanks.. I'll be 16wks on Thursday and I have no shame. I am SO MUCH more comfortable. None of my regular shorts/jeans fit or are comfortable so I don't even try.
I'm almost 19 weeks and my boobs are just now growing, so I'll have to get new bras soon. I bought my first pair of maternity pants at 16 weeks, I think, and had started with the belly band at 9 or 10 weeks. That said, I can still wear all of my regular clothes just fine, but I do use the hair tie through the button hole trick when I wear my regular jeans because it's more comfortable that way.
I'm also not showing, like at all, so that's probably a contributing factor.

I had to do the rubber band trick or bella band starting at 8 weeks. I bought maternity clothes at 16 weeks. I can still wear regular shirts, but prefer mainly maternity stuff now at almost 22 weeks.
Immediately things were tighter from the bloat. I was wearing my looser fitting clothes abd planning to go buy maternity. Now the bloat has gone away and I am fine in regular clothes again. I will use a Bella band or rubber band when I need one and prefer looser shirts for now, but so far I am fine. Last time I wore my "fat" jeans the entire pregnancy and didnt show until 24ish weeks. I doubt that will happen this time.
Around 9/10 weeks my sister gave me her maternity clothes. By the end of the first semester/beginning if the second semester I was in almost all maternity clothes. I do wear not maternity dresses a lot too. I only have one pair of maternity pants and they are for work and the best thing ever!
Just about now at 14 weeks I'm getting uncomfortable in my pants. To be honest though, they didn't really fit before I got pregnant, so it's just worse now. Luckily, shirts are still pretty OK for the most part.
I had to buy new bras at around week 11. My pants were already a bit big to begin with so I was able to make the rubber band trick last until week 18 when I made a trip to the US and could finally buy some maternity pants. Trying those on for the first time, I realized how uncomfortable I'd actually been in my own pants. So, even if you're not really showing, I'd say buy some for the sake of your own comfort.

Sadly most of my pants were too tight before I became pregnant, so even though I haven't gained any weight yet, with the bloat and queasiness I think I will probably be more comfortable buying some maternity pants very shortly.
I was really bloated even at 8 weeks, so probably around then I went up to my "fat pants" from before I lost weight. I was 17 weeks before wearing maternity clothes though. I can still fit into a lot of my t0shirts, just not my pants.

I could still fit into some of my regular pants at 20 weeks, but had been mixing in maternity jeans for a little while. I'm lucky and I'm actually still wearing quite a bit of non-maternity clothes, mostly knit tops and dresses. My boobs still haven't gotten bigger, although I'm sure this just means they will explode someday and I'll get a million stretch marks.

I started bloating around 7 weeks, and would occasionally undo the button on my jeans (my belt and long shirts seem to be enough to keep that hidden). I'm 11 weeks now, and the bloat seems to have kicked into high gear, and I have a lot of trouble buttoning my jeans. I work in a very casual environment where it stands out if you don't wear jeans, and I have to have my legs fully covered at work, so I can't get away with my nice, comfortable dresses or skirts that I wear at home. I'm tempted to break out maternity jeans, but I'm not ready for that yet!
My boobs were actually the first thing that started growing, and I've started to spill out of most of my bras I've got huge boobs to begin with, so I'm scared to invest in pricey new bras without knowing how much bigger they're going to get.
I needed new bras by 12 or 13 weeks and my good jeans started to get snug around then, but most of my less tight clothes (especially lower rise bottoms) fit pretty well until 20-23 weeks. I think my bump must be pretty high though because I can still wear a few of my loser/stretchier shorts and capris as long as they are low rise. Shirts started getting too short around 22 weeks though.
I was 15 - 17 lbs over my normal weight (stress eating) so my clothes were already feeling tight so I decided I needed to start exercising and fix that situation. I got pregnant at exactly the same time and gained another 2 or 3 lbs and didn't fit into anything anymore by week 6. I had to take an exam at week 7 and buy new scrubs for the exam because the stylish Grey's Anatomy scrubs I bought in January were too tight. I also had to buy new bras which made life so much better. I went on a Kohl's and JC Penney's mini-shopping spree to have dresses to wear on our beach vacation but I didn't want to spend too much money because I don't intend to be this weight when this baby thing is done.
With my first I think I started using bella bands around 11 or 12 weeks and switched to maternity clothes around 24 weeks ... and then wondered why I waited so long!
With my subsequent pregnancies I've needed to make the switch earlier and earlier; this time I was wearing maternity clothes at 12 weeks.

I'm 14 weeks, and just this week started not being able to button my pants. I bought a BeBand from taget, and have been using that this week, which has worked out pretty well. But I'm thinking by 16-18 weeks, I will need to be in maternity clothes. Loose fitting summer dresses have been the best thing for me.

I'm still wearing normal clothes at 13 weeks, but nothing too form fitted. I wore a tighter dress to work last week and I think I looked thick. I have a little pooch - I want the bump so it's obvious I'm pregnant. I look decent in the morning and bloat by the end of the day. If I can get past today's MS I might go shopping for loose empire waist dresses today.
I haven't needed anything maternity yet, going on 14 weeks. My jeans still fit fine, they are a lower rise so they sit under my bump, which looks some days lie a baby bump and other days like a food baby. My work pants are just starting to get a little snug, but I can still button and wear them comfortably. I bought a BeBand from target a few weeks ago but haven't needed it yet, but will very soon.
I wear a lot of longer tanks and flows tops which will probably work for a while still, but as I get bigger and winter starts to roll around, I am going to need a few new sweaters.
