Treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, maybe a stair climber? Weight machines, hand weights. No free weights that I remember. Balance balls and boards, mats for doing stretches, etc. Hot and not well ventilated, but a good view of the ocean.
I am going on the Oasis in March, so I haven't seen them yet, but if you go to the message boards on Cruisecritic.com, there are all sorts of reviews and stuff.

Responded on the H&F board. Thinking back after reading the above, the ceilings were quite low in places, but if I wanted to do something (I think I did box jumps once or twice) I went into a classroom with the equipment because it was roomier and MAYBE had higher ceilings?
I used the gym quite a bit on RC's Navigator of the Seas in 2009. There were plenty of free weights and space for lifting all times of day. There were also a few meatheads, but I ignored them.
I LOVED running on the treadmill facing the front of the ship.
I have been on a RC cruise, but never went inside the gym. Actually, I don't think I even looked for it. I was probably too busy at the bars or stuffing my face somewhere. Lol
