I just logged in to the webcam. Saw 3 toddlers running around. Saw one, not mine, climb a shelving unit as tall as he was and atand up on top. He was up there a good 30 seconds before a teacher ran into the room and grabbed him.
Now, another teacher could have been in the room but out of view of the camera but If so, he or she wasn't watching the kids.
Also, FI tells me they no longer have a sign-in/sign-out system because the new director "doesn't know how to use it." So in the event of an emergency, they have no way of knowing if all the kids aee accounted for.
Ugh, yeah, I would definitely pull him. Definitely call and report them.
Funnily enough, the PA Department of Public Welfare site has the Welfare Fraud tip line practically front and center on its website, but nothing about reporting daycares, not even when I do a search of the site. I'll have to call the local office when it opens tomorrow.

Man, they do not make it easy to find how to contact licensing. I will say that my preschool was required to have that info on a bulletin board in the hallway, yours might have that as well. After googling, it looks like you can use this to make an online report
