Monday - sweet chili chicken kabobs, corn on the cob. Tuesday - leftover chicken kabobs, asparagus, watermelon Wednesday - BBQ pork chops and Thursday - no idea Friday - out to dinner
Bless my wife's heart. I got stuck in traffic last night and so she decided to grill dinner. I didn't know she even knew how to turn on the grill! The chicken was undercooked (thank goodness for the microwave,) the corn on the cob was raw (except for the burned side!) and when she was done, there was chicken stuck all over the grill. LOL. But she tried! She should stick to baking.

I have no idea. We really should plan, it would make things so much easier.
Last night I made potato, zucchini and carrot latkes and it made a ton, so we'll probably have some of those again tonight. Wednesday she has darts, so something quick. Thursday I have my running group and go right from work, so I'll be on my own. Maybe I'll stop at Subway.

Last night we had grilled cheese and tomato soup after 6pm gymnastics class. That time blows for dinner planning! Tonight: Marinated chicken tenders on the grill, roasted potatoes or rice, salad Wednesday: E's at her dad's, I have HH with friends Thursday: TBD, maybe breakfast for dinner Friday: E goes to her dad's for the weekend, I'm meeting friends for dinner
