we pay $32.50 per visit - usually 2x per month. they mow, pull weeds, trim hedges. i'm not sure of the lot size in our rental, definitely less than 1/2 acre.

We pay $20/ week to have the lawn mowed (and edged and the clippings cleaned up). Our yard's about 1/4 acre. It seems really silly to me, but... we can afford it, and we both hate to do it. This is the first year we've hired someone and I'm still getting used to it/ trying not to feel guilty
We paid $25/week for mowing, weeding, miracle grow on the flowers, sweeping and spot cleaning the deck and patio. Our yard is approximately the size of a postage stamp.

DH does ours but my parents paid $35 for their front and immediate backyards last year. My parents also have a parcel that is adjacent but oddly shaped and hilly, which the service would not do. This year my parents bought a new ride-on mower and it will pay for itself in a year and a half, and my dad can do their acre in under an hour. He hasn't been able to manage it for awhile between his neuropathy and back problems, and when my mom tried to take over, she ended up with a broken ankle.
$55 every other week for everything from mowing to trimming back bamboo to pruning stuff. our lot is less than 6,000 square feet, and most of it is house/hardscape. the front & back yards are probably very small by most MMers' standards.
ETA: and this is cheap for our area. and we had a hookup that resulted in a discounted rate.

$20 a week for mowing and edging. It's typically $30 through an adult but a teenager set his prices and wouldn't take more that I offered. Our yards aren't big but typical sized.

$50 per visit to mow and wheedwack. Does not include any treatment or leaf blowing, and he doesn't move toys I have 2.25 acres (or about 98,000 square feet).

H tries to do it himself most of the time, but occasionally we'll have someone come remove branches, mow, edge, and trim the hedges-$45, about 3/4 acre. H uses the same guy at his business and he pays $25/week for mowing and edging, about 1/4 acre. Since he uses him weekly all year, he offers discounts on grub removal, weeding, and fertilization, but it varies so much.
$45 a visit for mowing, weeding, trimming, general clean up. We normally had him come once every 10-14 days. Our yard was fairly large for the development, about 1/2 acre.
This poll is really starting to make me question how much money we spent on equipment to do this ourselves and how much time we spend to do it ourselves. We really should have looked more into having someone else do it at these prices!

we pay $40 every 8-14 days... they come sooner if we've had a ton of rain, etc - since the grass grows faster then. We have a little under 1/2 an acre.... and a lot of toys in the back yard they have to move around.
they do a spring/fall cleanup that is $250. We're in NJ - NYC suburb area, so HCOL>
I have no idea how big our lawn is, but not very big. We pay $25 for mowing and trimming (sometimes my H does this if he has time) and $40 for once a month weed treatment.
I'm surprised some people only mow every two weeks. We'd have a jungle at the end of 2 weeks, we always mow at least weekly, usually every 6 days.
I mow our lawn, but we checked into hiring a service, and for our .4 acre lot, it would be $45 per week for mowing, trimming & edging. If it was only $25/week, I may have been convinced to pay someone else to do our mowing. I'm too cheap to pay $45 for something I can do myself in less than 2 hours.
We use a service for fertilizer, weed control, aeration & overseed and pay $486 for the entire season.
