We rented a Harley yesterday and road through the Smokies, which was amazing, until my dumbass got off the bike and burned my leg. I have a blister the size of a quarter, sticking out about a quarter inch. It's disgusting. I've been putting neosporin on it, because that's what we had, but should I get something else?
Keep it clean and dry for now and/or slather it in aloe, preferably from a real aloe plant. Do NOT pop the blister. Once it isn't an open wound get some vitamin E gel and rub it in several times a day. The vitamin E and massage will help soften the skin and lessen the visibility of the scar tissue.
massage helps break up scar tissue sunscreen helps prevent hyperpigmentation of scars silicon scar sheets help prevent the scar from becoming raised
all of that happens after it initially heals though
What can I do for a scar that is "textured" (i dunno, it's raised at some parts and not at others) and very old? It's on my face so I don't want to wear a silicone scar sheet. Exfoliation of some sort? I exfoliate anyway, and have most of my adult life but it doesn't really help.

If it's really old, probably nothing short of a dermatologist using laser retexturing or some shit like that
