I am addicted to the bodyshop lip and cheek stain - It only comes in one or two colors, and the pinky red one looks really natural.
I can't wear eyeshadow either, but have had some luck with clinique's eye liner pencils - they're not as great in terms of pigmentation as other brands I've used but they won't make me itch (and I prefer eye pencil vs shadow now anyway)
Ditto on the Tarte lip pencils. I love those. I also like the BeneTint stain, which can be used on lips or cheeks. It's one of the longer lasting lip products I've used:
I haven't liked anything actually called a "stain". I've tried Benetint, something by Tarte, Laura Mercier and Revlon.
I prefer long wear lipstick. I like Revlon and Stilla. They both work great. Mac is good but the gloss that goes on top has way too much glitter for me. They may offer a clear gloss though.

I agree, try Tarte eye products. They offer very natural products and the quality is insane. Ulta and QVC have great holiday sets in stock right now! As for lip stains, I adore the OCC Liptars because of the range of colors, you can mix and customize colors and the staying power. There is a slight learning curve with them but as long as you don't apply too much product you should be fine. The YSL and Loreal gloss stains are just plain amazing in my opinion. Revlon color balm stains work very well for me and easy.
I like the Sephora brand Lip Last. Tarte Lipsurgence doesn't seem to last very long at all on me. I was disappointed.
Oh I just looked up the lip last. But it looks like lipstick?
Yes, it's just long wearing lipstick. It has staying power, but it is definitely more the consistency of a stick than a stain.
I have recently become a fan of the Bite Beauty jumbo lip crayons. They have a lot of pigment and decent staying power, but the consistency is more like lipstick on those, too.
