Monday: baked orzo ratatouille Tuesday: H is going out, so probably a frittata for me and J Wednesday: herb crusted halibut and sauteed swiss chard with lemon Thursday: H is going out again so leftovers/takeout Friday: Persian turkey kofta kabobs and vegetable "noodles"
1. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 2 squares. 2. Place one square in bottom of 8" pan that is greased or lined with parchment paper. 3. Press dough to fit pan. 4. Layer with half the turkey, bacon, cheese and tomatoes. 5. Pour half the eggs over the top. 6. Repeat the layers. 7. Top with remaining dough square. 8. Pour remaining eggs over top. 9. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, covered with foil. Remove foil and bake another 20-25 minutes. 10. Let sit at room temp for 15-20 minutes before serving.

I typically grocery shop mid week, so I don't always have a full week planned of meals on Monday. Cooking for leftovers: M/t: grilled Italian chicken, angel hair pasta with garlic cream sauce W/th: Grilled steaks, sweet potatoes, steamed veggies

Monday: delivery Tuesday: taco truck! Wednesday: late night so grabbing something on the go Thursday: dinner out Friday-Sunday: DH has a bachelor party in Vegas, and I'm not sure what my plan is

Monday: pulled pork, roasted broccoli and TJ's grain mix Tuesday: ravioli and chicken sausage Wednesday: Taco Pasta Salad Thursday: My oven is getting fixed, so veggie quiche with salad Friday: Maybe the carrot/lentil thing that Careyalis posted.
Monday- Farro with tomatoes Tuesday- Grilling some fish/meat and veggies for a couple of meals Rest of the week- H is out of town and I am uninspired, so cereal or delivery. Although I may need to make more farro, its really good.
