Would go on an all expenses paid trip to the Middle East even though you were 7 months pregnant? I am asking this because I have a close friend who really wants to go and I don't blame her but I am worried since her first baby came early and she is getting close.
Agree with pps. Do you think you will be comfortable enough at 7 months on that long of a flight? That would be my main concern. I would also look into what sort of medical care is available in the cities you're planning to visit and see if you are comfortable with what is offered, just in case it's needed.
No, I would not. Imo that is way too late to be taking such a long trip. She should check the travel restrictions. For some places, you cannot travel if you are more than 5 months pregnant.

What places can you not travel if you are more than 5 months pregnant?
Most airlines allow travel, even internationally, up to 36 or 38 weeks, with a doctors note.

I was told this was a policy for going to Malaysia a few years ago. I found this online also.
"Some countries restrict or limit entry of non-national pregnant women. We recommend that you consult with the local consulate or embassy if in any doubt."
I think that some countries are trying to eliminate the situations in which a woman goes on vacation and gives birth there for citizenship.
I would not. I know someone who recently traveled to Europe for a "last vacation" with her H before the baby. She was 7 months and ended up delivering in Europe. The baby was in the hospital for several weeks and is fine now, but it cost them tons of money to rent a place, buy supplies, and then the baby ended up getting sick on the flight home and was in the hospital again. Her Dr had no concerns before either. Its just not a risk I would take.
