Morning! Weekend was nice and relaxing! We had a good balance of lazy mornings in our PJ's, and evenings out with friends! Went to Sushi Night at the W Hotel - it was awesome :-)
DH is leaving on Thursday to go to the US for a few weeks for work. I'm sad about him leaving, but it'll be nice to have some alone time. (Plus I all ready have lots planned with friends including a Dubai weekend trip)!
QOTD: Absolutely! We say it every day, sometimes more than once!
Morning! Today is looking good so after I go find out about this do tax stuff I am planning to take DD to the pool for the first time! Can't wait to bust our her new swimsuit and sunglasses. I am incredibly excited about this and want to blow off going to the city hall for the dogs, but I know DH wouldn't like that at all.
QOTD: Yes, usually more than once. We almost always say it when getting off the phone and always before going to sleep. We usually cuddle for a few minutes, say our I loves yous, then go to our own sides of the bed to sleep.

Hello all I'm up to weekly doctor's appointments (only three more weeks until my son's due date!) DH and I are super excited. Part of me is also pretty thrilled that my parents will be coming to AU to stay for almost the entire month after the baby is born. I've been VERY lazy lately... though I suppose that at nine months pregnant and being unable to move like I used to, that's to be expected.
QOTD: I tell DH every day- he's of the school of thought that he told me he loved me once, and if anything would change he'd let me know- but he's been better about it lately .

Good morning! The weekend was not bad. We spent Saturday afternoon and evening at a friend's birthday party and then went back to her house for a barbeque, though we ended up having only nibbles around her fire pit. We did teach DH how to roast marshmallows and if we had had graham crackers (are they even available in Australia??) we would have made smores.
Sunday we had a visit from one of DH's friends who was in town for his father's funeral. We are always glad to see them, but wish it would have been under better circumstances. The friend's wife confided in me that they were glad we were home to visitors because both she and her husband wanted to get out of the house and away from family for a while. I was glad we could offer that kind of escape. And I introduced another couple of people to Marc Cohn.
QOTD: Yes, multiple times. Even if we are exhausted or only see each other in passing, we make sure to say I Love You to each other, or at the very least send a text/e-mail with the message.
Good morning! We had a good weekend, bought a new car, had dinner with friends on the patio overlooking the lake, went on a long bike ride yesterday...but then DH had to go back for his last week in the army.
Good morning! We had friends over for the weekend. They brought over their dog and cat and we love pets so it was really a treat. Together with our friends we explored some of the town and later watched movies at home. The next day we visited a small fishing village nearby and had some lunch there. At night we watched soccer.
The weekend was nothing exciting, but on Thursday, DH & I are heading out for ten days in Denmark, Iceland and Sweden! I'm very much looking forward to our trip!
re: QOTD: DH & I tell one another that we love the other maybe 2-3 times a year. The love is definitely there, but neither of us feels the need to talk about it very often. We definitely show one another that the love is there though.
Besides my near nervous breakdown over my conference presentation wherein I decided I couldn't actually present it and should just stay home, we had some good moments. Dinner with friends, coffee with my chair, random events such as those.
QOTD: Not sure. Maybe. Probably? Or maybe not the exactly words but some sort of affirmation of love's existence. I am a serious believer in doing right along with saying, and finding creative ways to affirm it rather than just saying it is sort of a theme in my house.
I pretty much spent it swimming, which is how I spend most sunny weekends in the summer wherever I go. I also went on some long nature walks, had a romantic dinner and watched the Euro in a sports bar. All in all, it was a good time. Now back to grinding.
QOTD: Constantly. We say it throughout the day and we use pet names a lot, which was his idea. He's a really sweet person. With exes, I always avoided saying it. On some level, I always had doubts, but with him, I'm really comfortable saying it all the time.

Good afternoon! I didn't feel well today so went to the doctor and took the rest of the day off. Blah! The weekend was good overall, lazy and fun all at the same time. They just built a new Taco Bell in Saudi so we went there on Saturday and it was ama-z-ing!
We went to Venice. Unfortunately for Venice, there were some really bad storms early in the week. However, it was awesome for us, no humidity until Sunday!!! Sweet! Just floated around, spent too much $ in Murano (BFF just got engaged... yea! and bought her some crazy beautiful champagne flutes. It was kind of an impulse thing, but I hope she likes 'em as much as I do). Visited the Lido for the first (and last ) time.
QOTD: I think so... I don't actually pay attention, but I'd be shocked if we didn't. H is sweet, whenever I sneeze he says, "God bless you; I love you". I've no idea where/why it started, but it nice. I joking say, "thanks". I'm a jerk.
