Ceiling fans? Standard ceiling lights? Chandelier?
Do you wish you had done something other than what you have?
If you have ceiling fans, are they wood colored or white?
We're installing lights into all the bedrooms in a couple weeks and I'm trying to figure out if I want regular lights or have a ceiling fan/light put in. I'm leaning towards the fan, but then I can't decide if it should be white or if I should try to somewhat match the wood flooring. Looking for any input please!

We have ceiling fans - they are cheery wood colored. And I also have night stands in the bedroom and a desk light in the office. I think fans are nice as I like to sleep under one, but that is obviously personal preference.
All of our bedrooms have wood colored ceiling fans. Our master has lamps on the nightstands as well. I'm working on redoing a few lamps for our guest room and the third bedroom we are using as an office and I have a lamp on my desk.
Each of our bedrooms has a ceiling fans. I hate the way they look, but I can't deny their practicality. They're all different - I like the one in the master most. I think it's some sort of plastic/acrylic material and it's dark brown. Pretty modern looking.
The master has a ceiling fan w/a light kit and the 2 other bedrooms just have "boob lights". (DD dislikes ceiling fans so we are just going to use a tower fan in her room for now but may eventually add a ceiling fan).
We have a new cherry colored ceiling fan with brushed nickel hardware and glass light globes. We didn't have one when we moved in and DH gets really hot in his sleep, so we had to add one. I'd much rather have the fan than crank down the AC. Not to mention the fan is way better than the light that was up there!
We have overhead can lights, bedside lamps, bureau lamps and a white ceiling fan without any lights. As the bulbs die, we are replacing them with LED bulbs to save money. I like white fans to blend in with the ceiling.

We have a ceiling fan. I didn't pick it or it'd be white with silver tone finish, not oak with gold tone finish. But it works (sort of - it needs oiled, I think, because if it gets turned off it makes squeaky noises when we turn it back on) so I didn't replace it.
Two of our bedrooms, including the master, have ceiling fans with lights (wood colored blades). The other three bedrooms all have "boob lights" that were there when we moved in and haven't bothered to change.
We also have lamps on nightstands in all the bedrooms, except the room that's currently being used as a craft room.
