Also, I just got a call from PTS's school that they think she scratched her eye with the corner of a book and they want me to come and pick her up because it won't stop watering. Am I right that this is complete bullshit?

I am wayyyyyyyy better dressed for work than for not work. I have a ton of shoes, too. A ton. My students always I ask me how many pairs I own. I am torn netween amusement and bemusement that they notice these things.

I know it's not Monday anymore but I have a petty ax to grind...

You know what I hate? When you buy a shirt from a store that thinks it's really fancy, we'll call it Shmanthropologie, and the instructions say "hand wash only, lay flat to dry" and your DH washes and dries it in the machines on accident and IT LOOKS FREAKING FINE!!!!! Why did they have me hand washing this shit when I didn't need to? Does it make them feel special? Fuckers.
