What's on the agenda?

Hi ya! Trying to think of fun things that are "free" with this little guy. Might plan a few beach trip (have the discover pass for WA state parks) since we live less than a mile from Fort Flagler. But he gets bored so fast.. off to find other fun/free things to do. My dp is sick again (for the third time this summer!) So she won't be joining in the activities.
One of these activities will be cleaning out our car from last month's road trip (oops! I much rather camp out again!)
Ummm .. I can really use some ideas that can keep a 3 year old attention and be fun at the same time.

Tonight: Pizza and a movie night with E! Yay!!! We are both excited. And hopefully I'll find the motivation to get some chores done too.

Tomorrow: We are going to have a picnic at the beach with my brother's family. My nephew is 6 months old already! The weather forecasts are all over the map, so how long we'll stay out will depend on how warm it is. Afterwards maybe visit a friend who lives near my brother's and then home. A has the weekend off and is going to sleep the first half of it in an attempt to catch up and will come see us for the second half. Thankfully she's finally been told her nights are ending in a week and she will move to 2nd shift.

Sunday: Brunch with my girls, not sure if we'll be at home or go out. We are signed up to visit the pumpkin patch at a school for a GS weeding and watering project so we'll fit that in at some point. In the late afternoon we have to go to check-in for the GS camp E is attending this coming week. Oh yeah, and we have to make a bunch of swaps for her to take. Yeah, it's going to be busy...

Tonight - meeting L and the kids for Mexican. I am going to be there before they will, so I see a margarita in my future.

Tomorrow - L will take the kids to the gym while I study. I would like to go over to Kohls to get some new bras, but since my Kohls card was compromised, I can't/don't want to use it till it is resolved. But I can only use the good coupons with my card. No idea about the afternoon. That evening we are taking the boys and one of their friends to a minor league baseball game with a superheros theme night. Doubtful they will last till the end/fireworks display.

Sunday - probably see Smurfs 2 in the AM...maybe the pool after. We might ask a friend to come over in the afternoon to grill out.

Monday - L and I are both off for my birthday and we are doing a segway tour.

Tonight-nothing. Packing for the lake.

Tomorrow pack the car and hit the road early. Then swim and boat and chill.

Sunday-repeat sat then drive home

Tonight: Movie night with the kids, drop A off for the weekend.

Saturday: Pick up free pallets/wood and start building the chicken coop?

Sunday: Clean and prep for the week.

That sounds like so much fun!!  DW surprised me with a segway tour on a trip to Florida a few years ago and it was so awesome.  I've been wanting to do another one somewhere else ever since.  Enjoy yourself!

Last night we made dinner and hung out in the kitchen until bedtime. After he was settled we watched something on the DVR, then I headed to bed while she stayed up and worked on something or other.

This morning I got up early and met my running group for a very rainy run. I got home as my wife was pulling blueberry muffins from the oven! We ate and now we're taking it easy, and I'm working on packing and shopping lists for our cabin trip next weekend. I don't know what we're doing this evening.

Tomorrow she's working OT. The boy and I are meeting a friend but it's up in the air as to when. Other than that no real plans.
