Anyone have any good restaurant rec's for Berlin and Rome? We will only be in Berlin one night and 3 nights in Rome. Want good food but not to spend a ton.
We had the best meal at Old Bear in Rome. Its down a little alley close to Vatican city but not in. The carbonara and bruschetta are to die for. Have fun!

We went on this food tour of rome. I highly recommend it. It was a great way to check out "non tourist" areas of Rome and our guide was great. We also got to sample a bunch of different Roman cuisine. The also give you a list of what restaurants to eat at based on what neighborhood you are in. Or you could ask the guide and I'm sure they would totally recommend a good place based on what you want to eat.
They sent me a coupon for 10 percent off I think. I can see if I still have it. And if they date you want is full then write them because the only day I could make it work was full so I wrote them and they totally added another group.
We ate the restaurant called Target. It is near the main train station termini. We found it by looking for reviews of Gnocchi and tiramisu because we were in that area. The Tiramisu was really good. It wasn't too coffee flavored and very light. It is a more upscale restaurant so a little more pricey. (This was before we went on the food tour)
