A couple of weeks ago, I sprained my ankle really badly when I didn't see a set of shallow stairs on a ramp and just hit it wrong. It's still sore, but most of the swelling has gone down, and my foot appears to be going back to a normal color.
I've been trying to walk normally to regain movement, but of course running is out of the question now. For anyone else who's had a bad sprain, how long did you wait before running again? I plan on taking it very slow, but I was just curious.
